This is our most flexible savings plan. At our discretion, the interest rates and Annual Percentage Yield are subject to change weekly,  Interest is compounded and credited quarterly. The bank shall, upon opening the account, issue to the depositor a record book which is to be maintained by the depositor. The account interest cycle will be indicated inside the depositor record book.
 

The bank may allow monies to be withdrawn from savings accounts at any time without previous notice, but it reserves the right to demand notice of withdrawal twenty-one (21) days prior to the intended withdrawal date.
